The breakfast was defintely underwhelming and that horrendous orange juice could ruin anyone's morning. I also had to deal with a bed that moved away from me when I shifted while sleeping, not what I expected at all. Honestly, I would've appreciated some form of compensation for these tiny inconveniences, but no such luck. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Well-maintained and recently refurbished accommodation with stunning setting next to the restaurant, the mountains and Lermoos. A wide array of options, great food. Fairly nice stay, as always.

Had a great time at Grieserhof! Loved the amazing mountain view from the balcony and that herbal sauna was pure bliss. The breakfast, though, could definitely use some more variety. A lovely getaway.

i truly enjoyed staying in this 3 star hotel. they gave me bright and large room with good quality bedding, a balcony, as for instance. the restaurant was good and food was tasty.

The mountain view from our balcony was just amazing, y'all! The spa section with the whirlpool was pure bliss after a day out. Front desk staff were sweeter than a Georgia peach. Only downside was the kitchen closing a bit too early for dinner, but the Kaiserschmarrn was a hit!

The bathroom design felt awkward with low toilet height!!! Road noise from nearby streets disrupted my sleep, and the outdated furnishings detracted from the overall ambiance!!! Ample room for improving in-room coffee quality!!!

The location is ideal, offering fine mountain views, especially from the balcony of the room. The wellness center, although split across two buildings, includes a great sauna and pool. The room was really clean and had a big TV. Plus, the food at the restaurant was tasty and not overpriced, especially that schnitzel with fries.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the experience, it was acceptable.
